Full tenant improvement for a 7,000 SF dermatology clinic and a dental clinic on a second floor based on plans prepared by an Irvine based architectural firm using high end finishes. Scope of work included demolition, framing, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, drywall, doors, suspended ceiling, hard lid ceiling, fancy lighting, engraved LED lighting, cabinets, painting and flooring.
